TeamViewer Session

Solution

Sometimes it will be necessary for our engineers to get into the control computer of your system to better understand the problems you may be having.

For that purpose Geoscanners AB has purchased licenses of the award wining software TeamViewer. If you do not have the software installed in your control computer (the computer we are going to be examining) then the first thing to do is to download the software from here:

http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/

You can select your own language and operating system. When the download is complete you need to install the software and run it.

The TeamViewer window will present you with a user ID and a password. Please refer to the picture here.

We need you to send those to us. After that we will take control of the computer and start diagnosing what the problem may be and whether or not there is a solution we can provide this way.

Please keep in mind the schedule. If we have schedule a TeamViewer session starting at 9.00am and an hour duration our engineer will be available from 9.00am to 10.00am. After the hour has expired other customers may be schedule and we unfortunately cannot extend. So, please be on time for the session.
